Quality Manager RN

RN Quality Manager in home health oversees daily QA operations, 
manages patient schedules, and ensures care aligns with regulatory standards. 
Acting as a liaison between nurses and therapists, they handle physician orders, 
and conduct chart audits. Interaction with administrative and clinical staff 
including front desk, medical records, nursing, and ancillary services (when 
applicable) to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of 
services.

Coordination & Compliance: Ensuring clinical services are delivered according to 
the patients' care plan and meet state and federal regulations. Reviewing clinical 
notes. 

Communication: Assisting with, taking verbal or written orders from 
physicians and updating At Risk Registries. 
Software Proficiency: Utilizing industry-standard EMR system like Kinnser/WellSky 
to process.

EDUCATION: RN Certified

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of HH clinical experience and Wound Care, required.

ABILITIES: Must demonstrate strong leadership and effective communications 
skills. Excellent planning, organization and managing skills. Ability to multi-task 
and demonstrates team cooperation. 

Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday with a rotating on call schedule 
assigned. Hybrid-Remote/Office.
